Soufflé (223)

While trying to figure out what to name the boat I was watching Julia Child on TV when she said that she was going to show how to make a soufflé, and explained that it came from the French word, “souffle,” which without the accent means breath of air, and with the accent it is the egg dish. Given that my wife is French, we are passionate about food and enjoy word play, it immediately became clear what the boat’s name would be. Et voila!
