April 26 – Early bird registration deadline
May 17 – Deadline for registration and rating changes
May 24 @ 10:00 – Inner Harbour moorage & Check-in commences
May 24 @ 14:00 – 2023 Awards presentation followed by Skippers Meeting, weather & currents briefing
May 24 @18:00 – Check-in closes
May 25 @ 09:50 – Warning flag for first race off Clover Point

Friday, May 24
- Skippers’ Check-in at Swiftsure Centre opens at 10:00 AM
- 2023 Race Winners – Presentation of Awards at 2:00 PM in the Strathcona Hotel’s “Wicket Hall”
- Skippers’ Meeting, Weather/Currents Briefing at about 3:15 PM in “Wicket Hall”
- Skippers’ Check-in at Swiftsure Centre closes at 6:00 PM
- Swiftsure Dock Party on Causeway Docks tentatively 7:00 to 10:00 PM; Spinnaker’s beer and Mount Gay Rum for sale
Saturday, May 25 – Swiftsure 2024 Races begin
- Clover Point is the best location for shoreside viewing of the six starts
- 9:00 AM Tentative; Pancake breakfast at Clover Point begins courtesy of Central Saanich Lions Club
- Live broadcast from Clover Point of the race and start procedures
- First starts from 10:00 AM for the Three Long Courses followed by the start of the Inshore Races
- Inshore Races finish at Cadboro Bay with free moorage and a no-host barbecue, Awards and tunes at the Royal Victoria Yacht Club
- Ogden Point has good viewing for the public from Saturday evening through Sunday for boats finishing the Three Long Courses
