HMCS Oriole withdrew from the Lightship Classic this morning.
Oriole sat off Neah Bay overnight becalmed for 11 hours. We had a fantastic start and made great speed on Saturday in winds up to 25 kts. The crew and ship performed admirably.
Oriole wishes a safe and speedy return to all our competitors.
