Swiftsure again carries the high-quality Stormtech garments available with STGE logoembroidered Swiftsure logos, made possible through Special T Group Events, the same fine company that has produced Swiftsure logo printed garments for over a decade. As well, for 2019, a new jacket has been added from the SANMAR Collection.

Please complete your order not later than Monday, May 13, 2019 for free shipping, and pickup your Swiftsure embroidered garments at the Swiftsure Centre from Thursday, May 23 through Sunday, May 26, 2019.

All prices are quoted in Canadian funds. Yacht Name Embroidery: Each embroidered design on a garment is $14.95. Custom Text can include a combination of letters and numbers to be embroidered on a single line in a standard font; select the ‘Custom Text’ box and enter the yacht name/numbers, etc. for embroidering when you place your order.

Place your order at the Official Swiftsure International Yacht Race 2019 order page

  1. Choose the product, then colour
  2. If embroidery is desired, answer ‘Yes’ to “Do you want to decorate this product?” Otherwise, select ‘No’. When prompted, select the design(s) ‘Which design would you like to print?’ and location(s) ‘Where would you like to print?’ then select ‘Done’. Select the ‘Custom Text’ box to embroider your yacht name or number and enter the case-sensitive requested name, exactly as you’d like it embroidered. Maximum 25 characters on one line. Please select ”Have a question?” if you wish two lines or special spacing.
  3. Choose additional designs and other embroidery locations.  When all design selections are complete, answer ‘No’ to “Want to add another design on same product?”.
  4. In the ‘Order Quantity’ section, select the quantity desired and each size. This results in your having a team colour with the same embroidery designs on each item.  When completed, select ‘Add to Cart’.  Select ‘No’ when prompted ‘Do you want to order more products?’.
  5. Your ‘Shopping Cart’ will display all items ordered, with a cost sub-total. Review the Shopping Cart results, make changes if desired and, near the top/right of the page, select ‘Ready To Checkout?’.  Please read the STGE Returns, Sales Terms & Conditions then check the box beside “I agree with the terms of service and I adhere to them unconditionally”.
  6. Select the ‘Checkout’ box then ‘Checkout as Guest’ and complete the shipping, billing and payment details.
  7. NOTE: Shipping methods:
    1. Pickup from Event Venue (free shipping) select this option up to/including May 13, 2019 – garments will be available to pick up from the STGE garment tent at Swiftsure in Victoria’s Inner Harbour from Thursday, May 23 through Sunday, May 26, 2019. Bring your sales receipt.
    2. Ground Shipping; embroidery and delivery takes about 10 days. Garments ordered will be shipped to the address you completed.

STGE Shipping Policy; Returns, Sales Terms & Conditions

This return and exchange policy only applies to online purchases made through the website specialtgroup.com.

  1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Personalized and custom items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.

2. Special T will equally exchange any defective* item if notified within 14 days of order date. To proceed with an exchange, customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling 1-800-966-0737 ext. 500. After receiving the new item(s) in the mail, place any defective item in the box or envelope accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, RMA number, and customs documents (if applicable). Defective merchandise must be shipped back to Special T using the shipping label provided. Re-secure the box or envelope and send to Special T Group Events Inc. 878 Viewfield Road, Victoria, British Columbia, V9A 4V1.
