For Swiftsure embroidered garments to be available at the Swiftsure Centre by Thursday, May 25, 2017 (free shipping), you must complete your order not later than Monday, May 15, 2017.

Disclaimer as at May 26, 2017: online orders are still available but pick up at the Venue is not an option at this point for embroidered items.

The following are available in men’s and women’s cuts. All prices quoted in Canadian funds. Yacht Name Embroidery: Embroidered designs on a garment are $14.95. Yacht name can include a combination of letters and numbers and will be embroidered on a single line in a standard font. If you wish your yacht name/number to be embroidered when you place your order, select the ‘Custom Text’ box and enter the name for embroidering.

How to order:

  1. Go to the Swiftsure International Yacht Race order page
  2. Choose the product, then colour
  3. If embroidery is desired, select ‘Yes’ to the question “Do you want to decorate this product?” Otherwise, select ‘No’. You will be prompted ‘Which design would you like to print?’ and ‘Where would you like to print?’ and after you choose a design and location, select ‘Done’. To embroider your yacht name, select the ‘Custom Text’ box and enter the case-sensitive requested name, exactly as you’d like it embroidered. Maximum 25 characters on one line. Please select ”Have a question?” if you wish two lines or special spacing.
  4. You may choose additional designs and other locations for the embroidery.  Once all designs have been selected, answer ‘No’ to “Want to add another design on same product?”.
  5. In the ‘Order Quantity’ section, select the quantity desired for each size. This results in your having a team colour with the same embroidery designs on each item.  When completed, select ‘Add to Cart’.  Select ‘No’ when prompted ‘Do you want to order more products?’.
  6. Your ‘Shopping Cart’ will display all items ordered, with a cost sub-total. Review the Shopping Cart results, make changes if desired, and select ‘Ready To Checkout?’ near the top/right of the page.  Check off the box beside “I agree with the terms of service and I adhere to them unconditionally”. Please read the STGE Returns, Sales Terms & Conditions before checking the box.
  7. Select the ‘Checkout’ box then ‘Checkout as Guest’ and complete the shipping, billing and payment details.
  8. NOTE: Shipping methods:
    1. Pickup from Event Venue (free shipping) select this option up to/including May 15, 2017 – garments will be available to pick up from the STGE garment tent at Swiftsure in Victoria’s Inner Harbour. Bring your sales receipt.
    2. Ground Shipping, embroidery and delivery takes about 10 days. Garments ordered will be shipped to the address you completed.

Returns, Sales Terms & Conditions

This return and exchange policy applies only to online purchases made through our website www.specialtgroup.com.

  1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Personalized and custom items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.

2. Special T will equally exchange any defective* item if notified within 14 days of order date. To proceed with an exchange, customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling 1-800-966-0737 ext. 500. After receiving the new item(s) in the mail, place any defective item in the box or envelope accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, RMA number, and customs documents (if applicable). Defective merchandise must be shipped back to Special T using the shipping label provided. Re-secure the box or envelope and send to Special T Group Events Inc. 878 Viewfield Road, Victoria, British Columbia, V9A 4V1.
