The Origin of SPUD came from the boat originally coming from Idaho
Spud has been a fun name to work with we have Mr Potato head Graphic on
our Spinnaker we also carry Potato Guns for those who do not understand Port Starboard Rules , We do not Protest BEWARE
Crew Adventures: John Collins (Owner)
Sailed and Raced in the Pacific Northwest for 35 years ,
In that time competed and participated multiple times in every sailboat race around the Pacific Northwest ,Southern Straights 8 times,Van isle 360 5 times
Swift Sure 12 times also numerous sailing regattas
The crew i bring with me also hail plenty experience including offshore experience from around the world, They are season salts.
Racing History: Since I acquired SPUD in 2014 I have refitted SPUD for Racing in the Pacific Northwest,
I Have Raced SPUD extensively in many regattas and Club Races in the Salish sea, Also raced in southern straights
